When I use Apple Maps in the Brave browser, the screen rendering has jagged streaks in the map (see attachment). This does not occur with Edge or Chrome browsers.

The visible artifacts:
indicate a hardware and/or software speed burden.
Test: DISABLE Graphics Acceleration: brave://settings/?search=accelera
Test: DISABLE extensions that you have added
I would toggle the HW acceleration back on, also try re-installing the GPU drivers. Having HW/GPU acceleration disabled also has other issues.
