Description of the issue:
if i dont use system titlebar, the 3 buttons on the top right side is messed up now.
How can this issue be reproduced?
just installed the update via apt.
Expected result:
no bug if not using system titlebar
Brave Version( check About Brave):
v1.60.110

Yeah it’s the same for me on Ubuntu 22.04. But for me enabeling the system title bar didn’t fix the gui bug.
I had to disable vertical tabs to get the correct position of the window buttons back but as soon as I re enabled vertical tabs the gui bug returned.

The gui bug is also present in the brave nightly version 1.62.21.
It’s the same for me on Linux Mint.
