The Save window and Open window Display Bugged

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Whenever i press Ctrl + O or Ctrl + S, the display of the window is bugged
  2. The theme does not properly apply on the window and spacing between text is all sorts of bizarre
  3. As it is visible in the window that the colors of buttons are not proper and they dont’t blend in with the theme.

Expected result: The theme must get properly applied and buttons should not look weird as they do with the bug

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.38.119

Additional Information: This only happened recently, it worked fine like 2 days ago. Please kindly look into this matter
