Will we have a Better Picture-in-picture mode?

i currently use this extension,

Force Picture-in-Picture Extension

it gets the video to be in picture in picture mode just by a single click on the icon

Ways i want this feature to be improved

1. i want to use a hotkey to get the video in PIP mode
2. i want to go backwards 10 seconds and forward 10s as we can do on most video players…
3. Ability to see the running duration

controls can be similar like this on Spotify

Reimaging the backward and forward button to be replaced by something like this
