Why my accounts is under review?

Good afternoon.
My account was blocked 5 days ago, I wrote a letter to technical support. I received a letter with two questions, after which my account should have been verified, but since then I have not received any answer. The site simply redirects me to the error page, instead of showing a suspension message. I am very upset that my account was suspended, and they don’t even answer what is happening. Should I just accept that my account has been deleted?

Same happened to me, BRAVE Just blocked my account with over 5000 bat pending payout. I Didnt get response from support. Even asad told me That he will review my account. I am losing hope cuz it takes really long to recover my account. I am losing money, Time and patience.
I Lost my whole hope in BRAVE, thought That project will be something fresh, new but now i am thinking That its scam project. I Put a lot of Time and hardwork to reffer BRAVE but they did Not respect Our work

I dont want to judge, since blocked account can be triggered by mistake, but in majority of cases those are the most common reasons:

  1. The user claimed grants and tipped himself.
  2. The user was not sending real human traffic but bots.
  3. The user himself installed Brave browser several times by using IP proxies or VPS.

In that case you should relax and wait for the manual review. In the meantime they will also update your statistics and when everything is ok and the ban was triggered by accident, you will get your account back. Remember, you are sharing their link, so they see like operating system, IPs, software build in the history, so you can not cheat. No way they could be wrong when manual review happens. The system is automatic with first ban and this is not because of 5000 BAT Thats because odd history was detected by their algorithms. Have seen accounts with 100K downloads per month and they are operating fine.
