they simply dont care, if you write good things about them, they will be happy and try writing negative feedback about them you will see your post will be locked so that others dont read what negative feedback your are giving… it has happened to me… they dont even reply properly, they vanish for weeks and then if you flag your post to moderators you will receive a short note asking same things again and never providing solutions… worse kind of customer service i have seen in my entire life.
