Description of the issue:
My default search engine is Duckduckgo, and when I run searches, it gets routed to https://html.duckduckgo.com/html?whateveryoursearch
As a result, I am unable to perform an image search. I have tried accessing https://duckduckgo.com/ to run searches but it gets routed to html automatically.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enter whateveryoursearchis in browser link

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Mobile Device details

Additional Information:
I am able to perform duckduckgo image searches on my Firefox and Chrome browser.
I am able to perform Google image searches on Brave browser.

All right, figured it out.

I couldn’t reproduce your issue at first but then remembered I’ve seen such behavior when JavaScript is disabled.

So, open duckduckgo.com → click on the Brave Shields icon in the address bar → make sure Block Scripts is disabled.
