Writing cursor black

Anyone? This issue has been plaguing me for a while now, and I’d be very grateful if someone were to help me solve it.

Any particular doc format?
Did you try other browsers?
Did you try to clean up the cache and pressing Ctrl+F5 afterwards?

I am using windows as well and the cursor is black in Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc

The default google docs format

I did try editing the same document on Chrome and it worked as it should have. Both browsers have the same extensions installed.

I did try clearing the data and using hard refresh.

That’s weird!
As you can see below, I followed your steps and cursor is still black after switching tabs

I’m talking about that “ɪ” symbol inside the word “From” in my screenshot above. It goes away on my end only on Brave.
