Where is the additional settings?

I clicked Menu icon top right, I see Get started but no Additional Settings. I clicked all the 6 icons above that page too to look for it.

Also, in a New Window, go to:

brave://settings/content

Select Site and Shields Settings

Scroll down and you will find two areas that can expand (toggle them):

Additonal content settings
