I just did a fresh install of Brave, because I bought a new Windows 10 laptop. Everything looked great! Until I tried to access Settings from the Menu (3 lines upper right corner). Settings shows as the last option, at the bottom of the Menu. But, each time I have tried to put my mouse over it to select it, it disappears completely. So, I am unable to access ALL SETTINGS for the browser.
