Weird graphical glitch while using Brave

Description of the issue:

Odd graphical glitch while using brave. Suddenly started, primarily appears while playing SWTOR. Happens on no other browser. See video here:

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. No replication steps known. Fresh install of SWTOR and Brave cause this issue.

Brave Version: Version 1.1.23 Chromium: 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hey, thanks for posting! Try turning off hardware acceleration in settings > advanced :slight_smile:

Did you try disabling Hardware Acceleration as @Asad had suggested?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

Thanks for the suggestion, I just tried that. Disabled hardware acceleration and relaunched. No change, text is still overlapped on left side.

This is with an iMac using OSX 10.13.6

It may also be a Device Recognition issue. Try opening your Shields panel and changing the Device Recognition setting to Allow all... and see if that resolves it.
