Description of the issue:
Within the last week or so, all of the website shortcuts I have added to my Samsung S21 phone through the Brave browser disappear whenever I restart/power off and on my phone. Shortcuts added through Chrome browser remain and do not disappear. I have added dozens of these shortcuts to various home pages over the past couple years and until recently have not had any problems when I restart my phone. I typically power off my phone every night. These are NOT APPS, they are just shortcuts added to my homescreen by opening the web page in Brave, clicking on the 3 dots, and selecting “Add to homescreen”. The only way I can get these shortcuts back onto my homescreens is to restore my homescreen through the Samsung backup in Settings. I have seen numerous other users with the same complaint but Brave never has a resolution and just closes the issue after 30 days or so. I should add that my phone was recently updated to One UI 7.0, but this problem started several days before that update was applied to the phone. It also happened several months ago for the 1st time, but restoring the homepage through Samsung backup seemed to work then, but not now.
