When i restart my phone website shortcuts disapear

Description of the issue:
I have “installed a app” of a website but when i restart my phone the app/shortcut is gone from the website

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Restarting phone

Expected result:
The website app/shortcut should still be there

Brave Version:
1.50.114

Phone:
Samsung A52 5G 128GB (running Android 13)

Additional Information:
I have been having issue for 3+ Months so yes the issue probably still persists.
