Description of the issue:
When attempting to install the Vysor Chrome extension with the Brave shield disabled I am receiving the error message: ‘WebGL is not supported.’

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Go to the Vysor Chrome extension.
  2. Disable the Brave Shield.
  3. Select Add to Chrome.

Expected result:
Vysor Chrome extension downloads successfully.

Reproduces how often:
Every time Vysor is attempted to be downloaded and installed.
