Was wondering if there was a way to recover one of my syncs data; passwords, etc

Hello,

I had to reset Brave on my sync chain approximately one year ago, but I did not realize that this action would cause all of my data to be deleted. As a result, I lost a large number of passwords and switched back to using Chrome. Recently, I had to install a new version of Windows and wondered whether it was possible to transfer my data from that sync back to Brave, as I am considering switching back.

Unfortunately unless you still have the Sync code used at that time, there is no way to recover this data.
