Is is possible for some brave browser users to want to add their own website into the news feed section or starting page of the browser? :))

Yes, the brave beta/nightly browsers have added this function. They are testing it, by march it will be available.
Edit:- I do not know if you can add custom news sources the way you might want. But, you can add RSS Feeds which will get the stuff you want.
