VPN canceled during the trial period - but continues to run for 30 days

Hello,

I tried the VPN for a day and quickly realized that it wasn’t right for my needs.

I canceled it earlier and noticed that it ends on 04.01.2023.

But it said when I signed up that there was a 7 day trial period.

I booked it via desktop and used my credit card as the payment method.

I would like it to be deactivated after the 7 days and not be charged. How can I do this?

The additional time to use the service is a courtesy on our end — if you’re plan is canceled, you will not be charged.
