Description of the issue:
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Firstly, you need to have one Brave window and any other program open, both must be maximised.
- Switch between the windows using the taskbar (Alt Tab also gets this glitch, but less) when the other app is in focus, then directly click the new tab button or close an open tab with the scroll button.
- Then the Title area of the tab splits in half and the level of split depends on mouse as seen in the video at 0:19
- If u go to a new tab while this is happening, half of the stuff on the tab is gone.

Additional Information:
When I recorded reproducing this using OBS and Game Bar, I saw the glitch, but then I
looked at the recordings, and there was no glitch.
GPU is RTX 4050 Mobile if that’s relevant.
Hardware Acceleration is turned on.
Also, the new tab extension is “Material You NewTab”
