Description of the issue: Happens randomly when opening a new tab, it will glitch out and only the top middle of the page will appear, and if I attempt to go to other tabs they will also look glitched out. The only way to fix this is to Go from fullscreen to dragging it to the side and it will fix itself, but the problem will still occur at some point sooner or later again.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Opening a new tab, occurs sporadically.
- Occurs sporadically.
- Tab glitches out.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.10.97 Chromium: 83.0.4103.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information: I had this issue before on Chrome and searching around it seemed hardware acceleration may have been the culprit. I have hardware acceleration turned off on Brave though, so I guess that’s not the resolution in this case. Started happening recently, sometime this week. Never had it happen prior using Brave.
