Yeah, sorry. I was saying you need to change it to block for now. It’s just a temporary workaround until they resolve the issue of the video not playing otherwise.

Imz: You need to set to BLOCK. If that doesn’t work, then sorry. Regardless, it’s an issue Brave needs to resolve.
If you want the videos to load up until Brave fixes the issue, you need to set it to Block for Autoplay. From then on, you’ll be able to click to play. It’s just going to be one extra click. Eventually the team will fix it and it will work as intended. It’s just a minor annoyance on adjustment for now.
Thank you. This worked. I’ve been wondering how to turn off the auto play for weeks. I didn’t see any way to do it on the site; but the browser control that you pointed us to solved it. YAY!
FYI for anyone seeing this — I tested this behavior in Brave Beta and was able to view video content as intended (autoplay allowed or blocked). This issue should be fixed during the next browser update when Beta moves to production.

@GDA63378 and others, can you test again later and see if works for you? I was told it’s working and everything worked as intended when I checked. Not sure what changed, but seems to be fixed. Just want to see if it’s the same for everyone else.

So, now Rumble is working… what a strange phenomenon…
Go to the App Store and leave a review of the problem. Maybe with enough bad reviews someone will wake up and at least respond.
Yesterday afternoon, Rumble came back.
Ok, I just tested Rumble videos this morning, and it’s back on track. It was not Brave after all, but Rumble having issues. Thank you all for your responses.
Can I have another question answered here, please: Brave is opening my tabs to type links on my computer very slowly… it’s been happening at the same time I had issues with Rumble, so… I wonder. It takes me about a minute or two to have a new tab open.
