Video download not working in private window with tor

Video download not working in private window with tor.
I have both Video Download Helper and Video Downloader Pro Installed as extensions.
Both work as expected in Normal window and Private window.
Niether will work with Private window with Tor.
Options in settings are set for “allow in private browsing” and work in Private browsing.
But they will not work in “Private Browsing with Tor”.
This is in both Windows ver. and Linux ver. of Brave Browser.
They are both latest Brave ver. 1.60.118 Fresh installs.
