Video Casting not working since 1.5.x

Brave no longer offers to cast a video (grey square in the left upper corner of the video). No options are available even in the chrome://flags. Casting in Chrome or Vivaldi works without any issues.

How to reproduce the issue

  1. Find a video
  2. Play it
  3. No option to cast video is presented.

**Expected result: Enable Chromecast support

**Brave Version( check About Brave): Happening since 1.5.x, still not working even on 1.7.102

By the way, latest update did not fixed the problem either.

Yup having same issues. OnePlus 5T, Brave version 1.8.112

Funny how nonresponsive the Brave guys are to this particular issue. Makes you wonder whether they even care.
