Casting not working

Description of the issue: Casting functionality does not work.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner.
  2. Click on “Cast…”
  3. It says; No devices found

Expected result: There are multiple devices in my house which it can make a connection with, but they don’t show up.

Brave Version: 0.68.138 Chromium: 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Running on a Windows 10 machine.

Additional Information: I checked previous (older) posts about this issue and I am aware of the Flag settings, but the flag “views-cast-dialog” is missing, so I cannot enable it. “load-media-router-component-extension” is enabled.

I am also experiencing this behavior. From what I have read on here and Reddit there is a bug with this feature which renders it unusable at this time.

Yeah when I searched on Views-cast-dialog there are some pages that say it got deleted a few days ago…

That sucks. I prefer to stay up-to-date, but this is one update that burned me because I had been able to cast. I wish there was a way to add a new flag.
