Vertical Tabs on Mac OS (Application on Full Screen) | Video full screen has a black bar on side

Description of the issue:
Brave application when used in a full screen manner (on Mac OS), and try to full screen any video it shows a black sidebar and reduces the width of the video in full screen.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Launch Brave
  2. Make it a full screen app by clicking of the green full screen button on Mac apps
  3. Visit any website containing a video
  4. Full screen the video

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
The video opens in a full screen fashion but contains a black sidebar that reduces the width of the video on the full screen.

Expected Result:
No black sidebar, regular full screen should take up all the screen available
