Vertical Tabs Menu Cut Off

Description of the issue:
Right click menue of tab group is cut off when using vertical tabs and a “slim” vertical tabs bar.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Postition brave window in the middle of desktop.
  2. use vertical tabs on left
  3. slim the vertical tabs bar to minimum
  4. right click a tab group
  5. the context menu is cut off outside the brave window

Expected Result:
The context menue should be opened completely inside brave window bounds.

Reproduces how often:
Always

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave for Linux System Package - v1.75.180 (also happened in earlier versions)

Additional information:
I’m using Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1.
