Version update - KEEP OPEN TABS

Description of the issue:
When there is a version update save and reopen all tabs instead of just basic startup tab.

Expected result:
All open tabs will be reloaded that were open prior to clicking udate button.

Version 1.40.113 Chromium: 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
