I received BAT from October for ads, but this still persists.
I was just informed that another fix was made here. Please try reconnecting your Uphold account to yoru Creators account again.
Now when I click continue to verify it just takes me to my uphold wallet but the original message “We are having trouble communicating etc etc etc” is still there.
It didn’t even ask me for authentification when I clicked on the verify link, just took me straight to my Uphold
I reconnected the Uphold wallet. I will wait and see if the error message appears again.
It should be good now. Let me know if there are any more issues.
