Verified Uphold Account still not able to link to my Brave Rewards

Briefly describe your issue:
My Brave Rewards wallet stopped syncing because Uphold status changed to unverified a couple of months ago.
I have sent Uphold all the documentation, and after some time they finished reviewing it. Now my account is verified, but I still cannot sync it into my Brave Rewards wallet.

Brave Versão 1.47.171

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)
not anymore

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?
Since november/december, until uphold . I tried again today.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?
Yes

Attached screenshot with my ticket with Uphold customer support where it is stated my account has been reinstated. My Uphold dashboard also shows no pending actions.

Can anyone help me with this message?

I have completed Uphold liveliness check a month ago already. I can even make transactions in there successfully… But I still cannot sync my Brave wallet because of this error:

The Uphold support team helped me. I was able to link the account after completing my first withdrawal from uphold
