My uphold wallet is verified and linked with brave rewards

My uphold wallet iq verified and linked to my uphold wallet nd here it shows that is not verified why?

I have a similar/same issue.

My wallet is verified with uphold since 2020. And i already try to link to uphold, i give authorization and everything goes apearently ok but It still shows unverified

Are you saying that the browser shown in your screenshot was already once verified with Uphold but is now showing unverified?

On my mobile phone the browser is relatively new, two months more/less old. As is a new phone i hadn´t sync to uphold on this device.

Now, i have an uphold wallet verified since march 2020 through desktop, and i want to link this same uphold account in my phone.

But i make all the steps on my phone but still shows “unverified”.

Can you try the following?

  1. Go to and log into your account
  2. Once logged in, open your Shields panel and change the cookie control settings to All cookies allowed
  3. Go back to the Rewards panel/settings and try the Rewards wallet verification process again

Hi @Mattches. As for your suggestion. I already tried couple of times, also cleaning my cache and browser history and no luck.

According to logs is due to a type of conflict with Uphold when sending data.

pd: AFAIK i still have slots for the 4 lifetime devices (i don´t know if this measure is still on date). But this will be the second device.

Still no replies … Guess im uninstalling it and put 1 star

they don´t work on weekends, we need to wait until monday (tomorrow)

@Mattches well making more test, today i linked my phone to my verified uphold wallet, but seconds after it gets unlinked. Also i close the browser and reopen and it shows unverified once again.

And well, again, Is unlinked :c

Not sure what’s going on here. Can you please both follow the instructions below and submit your logs so that we can take a closer look at the issue?

  1. Enable Enable Brave Rewards Verbose logging inside of brave://flags. (Relaunch if prompted)
  2. (If Verbose Logging was already on, please restart your browser)
  3. Go to brave://rewards-internals and click on Logs
  4. Wait 5 - 10 seconds and click on the Refresh Button
  5. Download your logs.
  6. Fill out the form on this page and submit the logs →
  7. DM me the case number you are given once you are done.
