Connected with verified account on Uphold but Brave Says its Pending

Briefly describe your issue:

I finally was able to connect with my uphold account (verified) but Brave keeps saying that it’s pending. I’m afraid to lose my bat if disconnect and reconnect.

Here’s what appears:

(I use in portuguese but the translation is → There is a temporary problem with the Uphold check. Your Brave Rewards will remain in a pending state and a new attempt will be made automatically, but you can also try again later.)
I just need to wait? Sorry for the hush/hurry tone but I’m in need of withdrawing most of my funds from everywhere to solve some personal financial situations :slight_smile:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
WIN10 - Lastest Brave

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
It’s in the process i guess.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Still havent tried.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?


Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?


Probably there’s nothing much we can do at this moment, give it a couple of hours or a day or two and it might connect to Uphold. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Could you check in with Uphold if you are required to update or resubmit any KYC documents.
Once you have that sorted with Uphold. Give it 15mins and try to reconnect Uphold to Brave Rewards.
