Verified Uphold account on Mobile but the browser keeps saying I'm flagged

Briefly describe your issue:
I’m trying to verify my account on the web version of Brave for desktop. I’ve synced my account to my mobile phone and had no problem verifying it there. I use the Brave browser quite often and would like to be able to collect my rewards. Seems if unverified they just disappear every month.
