Im unable to verify with uphold i tried taking shields down too and nothing

Verifying Uphold through Brave? Do you have an Uphold account? If you are not able to verify with Uphold itself, and not through Brave, you need to contact support at uphold as they are different entities entirely. If you don’t have an uphold account, you need to start there.
If you currently have an uphold account, remove the uphold app from your device and try the verification process again using the web version of uphold.
