Uploading Files Problematic

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Uploading and downloading files results in either a crashed tab or a null result. I can’t seem to use Brave to upload files to Facebook or Gmail. This is an inconsistent problem so it’s difficult to pin down the precise case(s) where a problem arises.

Expected result:
flawless uploading

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.24.82 Chromium: 90.0.4430.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Same here… well at least for Gmail. I try to upload some files (usually several at once) - none of the progress bars ever move. Files are never attached.
