It occurs when I try to upload stuff to Facebook, upload or download to/from WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com), download my firewall’s config, even when I accidentally pressed Ctrl-S.
It’s whenever it opens a file dialogue, the web site doesn’t seem to matter.
This doesn’t occur with any other application or browser on my system.
It is replicable 100% of the time.
The window doesn’t appear to respond to any click in it’s expected location. Pressing escape doesn’t close the invisible window.
When I change application or click on the title bar, it appears.
Thank you for replying so quickly.
