Uphold limit error in windows

I installed Brave browser in my Windows 10 pc a few months ago and created two brave profiles and logged in to both of those profiles, but due to some virus in Windows 10, I had to install Windows 7 and this gave me Uphold Wallet. Haven’t had a chance to log out. But now Uphold Wallet is not getting re-verified after installing Brave browser in Windows 7.

Please solve my problem.
