Cannot verify my wallet after to Windows reinstall - maximum verifcations

Briefly describe your issue:
I reinstalled Windows on my pc where I had verified my wallet with uphold and now it tells me that I have reached the maximum limit of accounts. How do I fix this?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
