Uphold account disconnected - Help needed please

Briefly describe your issue:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Version 1.48.100

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (Yes)

**What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile? (15/04/2022) **

**Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? (Yes - NOV) **

Are you using a VPN? (No)

Are you in a supported region (Yes)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements? (Yes)

You did not describe what is your issue.

Current status of custodian account is disconnected even though it has been verified. I only noticed this in the last week. Had no problem receiving my BATs in Nov tho.

What happens when you try to reconnect? Do you get any error?
Uphold disconnects periodically, I guess every 90 days (if I am not mistaken).

It shows this “Error: Limited Uphold account functionality.” Is there anything I could do?

The notice you’re getting means that Uphold needs more CDD from you. Best bet is to actually contact Uphold directly to see if they can advise if anything needs done regarding verification, especially with your bank or anything. (also check email and all to make sure nothing has been sent to you)

Another thing you can try is what’s been shared at SOLUTION to "ERROR: Limited Uphold account functionality” and see if it helps.
