Unremovable cookie permission

In some unknown way after visiting some sites they appear in a list that allows them to always have access to cookies. Perhaps this happens when adding ANOTHER sites to this list manually. At the same time, I want to note that there appeared sites that I DEFINITELY did not add to this list.

Bug features:
If this bug occurs, then https://[*.] is displayed at the beginning of the site name. Or https://
In this list, I even have a site https://accounts.google.com

Problem: the delete/change button does not work. The block/delete button on exit works but if you click delete after that the site will be back in the list, which allows it to always have access to cookies.

Tested on Windows 7 & 10. The problem has been around for over a few months now.
Brave: 1.37.111. Chromium: 100.0.4896.79 (64 bit)

I have the same issue, but it only occurs for cookie permissions where I had previously ticked the option to “include 3rd party cookies on this site” for the sites that can always use cookies section. I am able to edit or remove the entries where this tick box is not selected, but nothing happens when I click the trash can icon (indicating that 3rd party cookies are allowed).

While we’re at it, it would be nice to be able to edit this “include 3rd party cookies” option. The only way I can add it to a site is to remove the previous entry and add a new entry with that option ticked. The Edit option does not include the 3rd party cookies checkbox.

thanks!

I also noticed that these non-removable cookie permissions appear in NEW browser profiles.
