When going to Settings > Downloads, then selecting “Ask where to save files” the switch flips to on but it doesn’t actually work. Upon returning to settings, the switch is even flipped to off again. No matter what i do i cant seem to enable this setting.
I too have this problem. I routinely use this feature to rename the file before saving. This bug forces me to go through multiple steps to rename the files. For reference I am adding tags to the files to aid in locating files.
Hi @JHPArizona and @JohnRTeez, what Brave version are you running on your Android? And how long have you had this issue?
I’ve never experienced any problems with Downloads, the settings or saving/ location (with all Brave Releases since v1.22.66).
What about your storage space?
