Description of the issue:
After selecting files and then selecting either"download image" or “download link” it will go straight to downloading with no prompt asking to save file. “Ask where to save file” is selected as “On”. Have tried a switching this option of then on again, restarting browser and restarting phone.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Tap&hold file link or image
- Select Download option
Expected result:
Expect to be prompted to save gole with ability to choose location and edit file name. But that does not happen.

Additional Information:
Twice it it did prompt where to save at different nonconsecutive times, but no settings had been changed. However it reverted back to not prompting again with no settings changes being made.
