Unable to redeem barve rewards - reg

I’m trying to view brave rewards, it says “your request is still being processed, please wait”. It’s keep on showing when I try to view my rewards. Further, my uphold account was disconnected due to my country is not available for receiving bat in uohold(happened by your latest policy). Ki dly help as soon as possible. I have tried to reach support team but no response.
