Unable to add any site to reading list

Description of the issue: I can’t see any button to add to reading list and adding to bookmarks doesn’t have reading list option.
Even though Reading List Folder shows up in Bookmarks.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Open any website
2.Click bookmarks button to add it to bookmarks. Select edit
3.No button for reading list or no separate button for it either

Expected result: Add to reading list option shown

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.44.105

You can try this. Go to brave://flags/#read-later and choose the option “Enabled (with App Menu Item” from the drop-down list of the “Reading List” feature. After that, “Add to Reading List” item should appear in the app menu.
