Description of the issue:
History search bar occludes multi-item operation menu
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Open history and click search icon.
- Search a URL, etc…
- Select multiple items from search results using check boxes
4 .Discover there is no way to delete the items as the menu for that is hidden under a page wide search ribbon. You can barely see an X icon that seems to be a layer above the search bar in CSS

UPDATE: Just upgraded to 1.7.92 and the same behavior persists regarding search bar occlusion.
