I have turned on no notification, and i don’t know where this is coming from…
Do i need to see somewhere else?

Looks like an ad notification rather than a site notification. You can turn off notification ads and stop earning BAT. The option is here brave://rewards/
@god.sun as was mentioned by @alankillie, the difference is the type of notifications. The one in your initial screenshot is about websites sending notifications. But then you go on to show a Brave Ads notification. The Brave Ads (Brave Rewards) is something you have to enable. This means at some point you opted into it. If you want it off, then go to Brave Rewards and turn off Notification Ads.
There are toggles via your Rewards triangle flyover, such as below, by clicking `Ads Settings:
