Trying to access imgbb.com says "You are using an outdated browser."

Tested the site, and uploaded a couple of sample images. No issues from what I see, any shield settings changed for this site?

Well, here is what I was using with partial shielding methods.

I also completely turned off ALL shield settings.

It was only until I clicked on the orange lion face icon beside the URL and choose “Shields UP for this site” and changed that to disabled was I able to access the site.

Those scripts blocked in your first screenshot is probably the cause of the issue

Yep, you’re right. For some reason, I thought having that checked to on was allowing the scripts to run.
