The following pop-up is being blocked, somehow, and the website (and/or browser) is relentlessly trying to load and display the pop-up . . . before proceeding.

I used Apple’s Safari on an iPhone, in order to view and then captured the pop-up image:

The issue seems to have repaired itself

[at]fanboynz covers a lot of ground, every day. Reads a lot. Does not necessarily leave a message, “fanboynz was here.” Meaning, he probably read your report, and updated some list. Voila.
