Trouble playing videos

I can’t watch videos on a favorite website. I pay for the videos so I’m not getting my month’s worth if it’s not working. Other people on the site seem to have no trouble. The only thing that has changed is Brave updated. I’ve played around with settings but I can’t figure out the problem.
