Translate Option in Address Bar

Description of the issue: The translate option in the address bar that appears on Chrome doesn’t appear on Brave, even if it says that it will suggest the translation of a language that I don’t know.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Going to a website whose language is not set as known in the settings

Expected result: For the translate option to appear

Brave Version:
Brave: 1.15.72
Chromium: 86.0.4240.75

Did you have Google Translate installed?

Brave have no built-in translation service yet.

Yes, but I’d like to use the translation option directly on the address bar, since it facilitates the process
