Transaction Completed and Successful Token Amount said to be 0

I made a transaction, and it was successful but the tokens never appeared in the wallet. even after adding the token as a custom asset. So today I made another transaction as a test and those tokens appeared and are visible. so what happened?

What Can i do to fix the first transaction? The USD value of that is now 2k. from 66$ I’d like to take that out…
