Tor private window google account issue

Whenever I use the Tor Window when i attempt to login to my google account for YT it blocks me because my device isnt recognised even though its me.

This was with shields on

I tried disabling shields and the same result

No there was no configuration

it functions normal on every other browser including brave without private window

I am using the latest brave browser model.
